Looking forward to getting going

It's New Year's Eve and I'm looking forward to starting on this shared NWR venture. This couch potato may have to do some reconnaissance walks to get in the "walking zone". It's good to see the map and realise that we have some pretty good scenery in Staffordshire.

The Idea

It's nearly 2012 and I'm already thinking about working off all the extra calories consumed over the festive period. If anyone else is feeling the same, you'll be happy to hear about our Staffordshire Way challenge. We'd love you to get involved!

Between them, the Staffordshire NWR groups will be sharing the 92 miles (148 Km) of the Staffordshire Way, with each walking a small section.

Over the course of the challenge and throughout 2012, members of the groups will keep us up to date on this blog. Come back soon to read more!
